Whether it is a corporate lunch, a special family celebration or a less informal dinner for two, The Cameron restaurant at Bourne Hall, provides a stylish setting to dine.
The restaurant, named after the famous Victorian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, who lived on the island in the 1860’s, has a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the Shanklin and Sandown Bay “framed” by the trees within the grounds, and onwards to Culver Downs on a clear day.
Martyn Moore, the executive chef at Bourne Hall, has designed creative menus from carefully selected ingredients and seasonal produce from local suppliers on the Isle of Wight or near neighbouring counties across the Solent whenever possible.
Our talented chef additionally has 30 years experience individually preparing meals for diners with special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, lactose, wheat and gluten free (celiac), diabetic etc to name a few. Our diners have great pleasure being able to dine with us with safe knowledge that their meal is carefully being prepared to their specific requirement. (Prior notice is preferred).
Bourne Hall’s traditional four course table d’hôte menu is included in the half board package. The daily seasonal menu gives diners a variety choice for their evening meal and all meals are freshly prepared at the hotel, on the day and cooked to order.
The extensive wine list includes carefully selected wines from around the world which are the ideal accompaniment to your dining experience.
